When will my order ship?

Home goods ship within 7–10 business days of purchase. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order is on its way.

My tracking hasn't updated.

Carriers can take 24–48 hours to show the first scan. If there's no movement after 5 business days, email projects@asrdesignstudio.com with your order number.

My item arrived damaged.

Email projects@asrdesignstudio.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we'll arrange a replacement.

How do I start a return?

Home goods can be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original condition. Email projects@asrdesignstudio.com to start a return. See our Refund Policy for details.

I didn't receive my digital template.

Check your spam or promotions folder for an email from ASR Design Studio. Still missing? Email projects@asrdesignstudio.com and we'll resend it.
