  • Home goods: returnable within 30 days of delivery, unused and in original condition and packaging.
  • Digital templates: all sales are final. We'll fix or replace any file that doesn't work.
  • Virtual Consultation Call: full refund if cancelled within 7 days of purchase and before your call takes place.

Home Goods

You may return home goods within 30 days of the delivery date. To qualify, items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in the exact condition and original packaging in which they arrived. Proof of purchase is required.

To start a return, email projects@asrdesignstudio.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. Once approved, ship returns to:

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Return shipping. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. We recommend an insured, trackable shipping method, as ASR Design Studio is not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit. Please pack items carefully.

Items that cannot be returned. Items marked "Final Sale," wallpaper, special-order or custom items, and gift cards are not eligible for return.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Please inspect your order on arrival. If anything arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email projects@asrdesignstudio.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We'll make it right with a replacement or refund.

Exchanges. To exchange an item, return the original for a refund and place a new order.

Digital Templates and Downloads

Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all sales of digital templates are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a purchase is complete.

If you have a problem with your file, email projects@asrdesignstudio.com within 7 days of purchase. We'll gladly help if:

  • Your file won't download or open
  • You received the wrong file or a file is missing
  • A technical or formatting error prevents you from using the template

We'll resolve the issue or send a corrected file. Use of all digital products is governed by the Digital Product License in our Terms of Service.

Virtual Consultation Call

  • Cancellations: You may cancel for a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided your call has not yet taken place.
  • Rescheduling: You may reschedule once at no charge with at least 48 hours' notice.
  • Late cancellations and no-shows: Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice, and missed calls, are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm whether it's approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit. If you haven't received your refund within 15 business days of approval, contact projects@asrdesignstudio.com.
