Shipping policy

All shipments will be posted with 7-10 business days of ordering. Each product is inspected carefully before shipment. Please check products once received for any potential damage caused during the shipping process, and reach out to projects@asrdesignstudio.com with any photos of damaged items to receive a replacement.

Once your tracking number has been established, you will receive an email with estimated arrival date and tracking number for your reference, please note that the information that the shippers provide is subject to change without notice. Delays can be expected depending on volume of shipments of our carriers. Please allow for extra time if products don't arrive.
